Delete your account & data

DRAFT — pending legal review. This page is a working draft prepared for app-store submission. It describes how account and data deletion works in Report 6. Items in [brackets] are placeholders the company must complete.

You can permanently delete your Report 6 account and its associated data at any time. The fastest and primary way is directly in the app.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  • Open the Report 6 app.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. This cannot be undone.

In-app deletion is the primary mechanism because it removes both the copy of your reports stored on your device and the copies stored in the cloud.

What gets deleted

  • Your reports, captured photos, audio, drafts, templates, and local diagnostics on your device.
  • Your report documents and their contents in the cloud.
  • Cloud media (photos, audio, and exports) associated with your reports.
  • Any active share links, which stop working immediately.
  • Pending uploads and background jobs, which are cancelled so nothing is re-created.
  • Your Report 6 account and sign-in.

What is not deleted

If you submitted reports to a company through an enterprise (company) pairing, those reports belong to that company and are stored in the company's account. Deleting your personal Report 6 account does not delete them. To request deletion of company reports, contact that company.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer open the app, email [privacy@report6.ai] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We will verify your request and process it. [Confirm the support/deletion request address and any verification steps.]
