Your finished reports stay on your device. You have 30 days to make changes; then the report finalizes and the recording, unused photos, full location trace, and processing data behind it are deleted from the cloud. Any link you share expires after 60 days, and you can send a new one any time. Delete a personal report and it's gone from your phone and our servers. Privacy isn't a setting — it's the default.

Good questions

Do I need any special hardware?

No. Report6 runs on your iPhone or Android phone — the phone is the camera, the microphone and the GPS. Nothing to buy, nothing to carry.

What kinds of reports does it make?

Anything you'd normally walk and write up: property and home inspections, incident reports, vehicle and equipment walkarounds, damage and claim assessments, and general site walkthroughs.

Where do my photos and recordings go?

They stay on your device. To build the report we process them in the cloud. You can change the report for 30 days after it's ready; when it finalizes, the recording, the photos you didn't use, the full location trace, and processing data are deleted from the cloud, while the finished report and its chosen photos stay so you can share or export it any time. If you share a report by link, that link expires after 60 days, and you can send a new one any time. Delete a personal report in the app and it's permanently deleted from your phone and our servers, and its link stops working; delete your account and all of it goes. (Company reports stay under the company's control.) Your library is yours.

Is there an Android version?

Yes. Report6 has an iPhone app and an Android app.
